    This two-day interactive course will cover the structuring and documentation of loan transactions. If focuses on the loan agreement and the legal implications of a properly drafted versus incorrectly drafted documents. The course includes clause-by-clause analysis of loan documents, including standard ‘boilerplate’ clauses and a glossary of common banking expressions. The course covers the process of loan documentation, from pre-contractual issues, commitment letters and written offers, through to administrative provisions, representations, covenants, events of default, provisions for transfers, guarantees and, ultimately, potential insolvency.
