The Bankers Programme is a National Development programme designed to serve the government’s national agenda. The programme is a strategic collaboration to ensure a sustainable pipeline of Emiratis are on-boarded into critical jobs within the banking ecosystem. This programme will provide UAE Nationals valuable insights into the field of banking and finance and equip them with the necessary skillset to succeed in their career life which is our main target.
