- Audience:
The Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP); is an internationally recognised qualification, certified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and has been designed as a first level qualification in the field of HR. It is suitable for people who are either new to the role of HR or who have worked in HR for a number of years but who do not hold any formal HR qualifications.
- Prior Knowledge:
ou don’t need any formal qualifications. Ideally you should be working in an HR or L & D capacity but this is not essential.
