    This three-day programme covers the analysis of corporate credit risk and capital structure of the firm. It assumes participants have some existing knowledge of credit analysis and extends the analysis of cash flow into the valuation of the companyu2019s equity and the resilience of the equity u2018cushionu2019. The course addresses how to forecast future funding requirements for a business and evaluate which types of debt or equity product will provide the most appropriate form of finance, taking into account the companyu2019s debt capacity and target capital structure. The programme also includes a review of how the major Rating Agencies approach credit analysis in different sectors and shows how to use Rating Methodologies as a tool when performing credit analysis for a company.
