The course provides a toolkit for would-be entrepreneurs and accelerators/incubators to navigate and/or shape ecosystems. Participants will learn key strategies in developing strategic relationships and alliances with academic, corporate, and public-sector entities, as well as a set of useful tools and techniques in developing effective innovation strategies which should also be leveraged by the most successful financial institutions.
