We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive event hosted by the ADGM Academy Research Centre in collaboration with the Emirates Family Office Association (EFOA) and Michel Sarfati, Member of the Board of Advisors at Sorbonne Abu Dhabi (Department Law Economics and Management). 

The event will be taking place on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at ADGM Academy. This event will unveil a comprehensive program developed to address the strategic priorities highlighted in our recent survey with EFOA family offices.

Our survey revealed insightful trends and key challenges unique to EFOA family offices, including:

• Predominance of single-family office structures, often spanning multiple generations

• Global investment priorities with a focus on growth and clear regulatory frameworks

• Political and regulatory concerns as top risk factors, particularly in ensuring cost-effective, qualified local talent

• Holistic investment analysis and structured governance as pivotal training needs

Responding to these findings, we have designed targeted educational modules that address these needs, from governance frameworks and policy development to forums that foster open, solutions-oriented communication.

This event offers an opportunity to engage in discussion, ensure alignment on these critical areas, and provide valuable feedback before we launch these modules in 2025.
